sacos de hojaldre sin gluten

Post date: May 15, 2016 7:00:35 PM

Ingredientes:

  • 1 col

  • 100 gr de tofu fresco

  • 1 cebolla dulce

  • 1 zanahoria

  • 100 ml de nata sin gluten

  • 100 gr de queso a vuestra elección yo he usado curado

  • sal, pimienta

  • 1 huevo

  • 1 col

  • 100 g of fresh tofu

  • 1 sweet onion

  • 1 carrot

  • 100 ml cream gluten

  • 100 g of cheese to your choice I used cured

  • salt pepper

  • 1 egg

Preparation:

  • cut the cabbage into strips along with carrot and sauté in a pan with three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and we put pepper to taste.

  • Add the tofu cut into thin strips not to not crumble when the tofu is golden, add the cheese and cream, cook until thick cream, salt-pimentamos to taste.

  • Put the oven heated to about 200 degrees, stretch the dough fresh puff pastry with the rolling pin and make a big square, cut with short pasta four squares, and put it in the center using two spoons our mix we have done previously, and we're closing like a sack, and with all the pieces of dough.

  • We catch the egg and beat well with a little salt, and a brush for use in cooking, we paint our four bodies of puff, I that part do when you already have the paper on the baking sheet and egg I like to add Provencal spice and gives a very rich taste to puff pastry.

  • Bake about 30 minutes until the dough is golden brown and crisp.

Remember that if you do not have any relatives who have gluten intolerance, the recipe can be made with wheat dough which is quite cheaper and easier to handle.

And you shall count me as always by mail that this will come if ye are encouraged to do it, and as you have asked me many tiramisu recipe gluten the next week will go up.
