Hola chic@!! Antes de nada os quiero dar las gracias por todos vuestros mail, aunque no pueda contestar a todos tan rápido como me gustaría, quiero que sepáis que los leo todos. Y a petición de muchos de vuestros mail os traigo otra receta, se que queréis una por semana, pero mi trabajo diario me hace muy difícil últimamente publicar a diario un post, aunque prometo actualizar por lo menos una o des veces en semana.

La receta es un quiche, a mi me encantan hacerlo ya que al día siguiente esta aún mejor que recién hecho, se puede hacer con muchísimos ingredientes, aunque lo que no puede variar es la proporción de nata o leche evaporada, huevos, nuez moscada y pimienta si os gusta el resto es a vuestra elección. La receta de la quiche lorraine proviene de la región de Lorena, en Francia.

Ingredientes para 8 raciones

  • 200gr de harina sin gluten de pasta

  • 1 huevo

  • 125 gr de mantequilla ( si es casera mucho mejor )

  • sal

  • 20 gr de col

  • 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

  • 250 gr de carne picada mixta sin gluten

  • nuez moscada

  • 250 ml de nata o leche evaporada sin gluten ambas

  • 3 huevos

  • 50 gr de queso al gusto ( yo le pongo quesitos sin gluten )

Preparación

  • Mezclar la harina sin gluten, el huevo, la mantequilla y dos cucharadas de agua junto con un poco de sal. A mi me gusta amasarla en la amasadora, hasta obtener una pasta uniforme, la metemos en el frigo durante 30 minutos.

  • Limpiar y cortar la col en tiras muy finas. Calentar las cucharadas de aceite de olvida virgen extra en una sartén y sofreímos la col un poco y añadimos la carne picada, hasta que este la carne suelta, no dejar de dar vueltas ya que la col se quema enseguida, sal pimentar al gusto. Precaletar el horno a 180ºC

  • Extendemos la masa con el rodillo, engrasamos un molde de 26 cm de diámetro, cubrimos con la masa bien extendida, yo la pincho con un tenedor y la meto en el horno unos minutos para que se haga bien la masa, ya que al ser con harina sin gluten necesita más tiempo y se puede quedar cruda, aunque el relleno este listo. Una vez la hayamos sacado del horno le ponemos la mezcla de la col y la carne picada bien extendida sobre el moldo.

  • Batimos con la batidora le nata sin gluten o la leche evaporada sin gluten, los huevos, el queso, salpimentamos y ponemos nuez moscada al gusto, mezclamos bien y se añadimos al quiche. Metemos en el horno durante unos 40 minutos.

Y ya tenemos listo nuestro quiche sin gluten, sale riquísimo, y se hace muy rápido. Espero leer vuestros comentarios y que me contéis vuestras recetas de quiche.
