Hello girls! And finally Friday, and I propose an outfit post with one of the prints of the season, the vichy squares, I have always associated them with the tablecloths or the kitchen curtains, in fact the checkered pattern on the which tends to predominate white and another color (black, blue, pastel ...) emerged in the French city of Vichy in the seventeenth century and was used mainly for tablecloths and country clothes. Also associated with aprons and children's clothing (babies were made and made with this fabric), he had a first moment of glory with the Judy Garland dress in The Wizard of Oz (1939) but it would not be until the 50s when he really these simple squares will achieve their status as a fashionable fabric.

And then we have seen it in the movies, different actresses have used it through Princess Diana, how to forget that outfit with the red and white checkered pants and the wide white shirt, it was ahead of its time. A print that does not go out of style and that summer after summer we see it just like the tartan in winter.

I opted for this beautiful black and white checked skirt, a flared skirt, cinched at the waist, don't tell me that it transports us to another era.

Gingham plaid skirt of the English cut

Today I start first at the bottom of the outfit post, and I can't help but tell you first about this beautiful skirt, and not only because of the gingham print in black and white, it's because of its flattering cut, high waist and tight, ideal for styling and lengthening the legs, especially when we have a petite stature.

The length is at the knees, and the skirt with a lot of flight, not suitable for windy days, and this skirt is pure love, and very flattering for different types of silhouette.

Bershka blouse in white

The blouse is also very original, in white cotton, it has a very flattering cut, with a V-neckline, but very narrow, ideal for not showing more than necessary, the neck and sleeves have lace, they are very cute. I love that detail, they give that romantic touch to the blouse.

The length is almost at the hips, and as you can see it frames the chest, it is a blouse that can give us a lot of play when combining it with formal outfits.

For accessories, simple sandals with an ankle closure.
